Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Front Office in advance.
  • The Management is not responsible for loss of valuables left in the room. Guests are advised to use the locker facility provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation 24 hours prior to check-in – 100% refund will be processed to the guest’s bank account within 5–7 working days.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in – One night’s room charge will be applicable as a cancellation fee.

Public Decency and Behavior

  • Local IDs and unmarried couples are not permitted.
  • Guests will be liable for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
  • Gambling, or any activities contrary to public morals or local laws, are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are requested to dress appropriately in public areas; wearing underwear, bathing suits, or excessively casual attire outside the room is not permitted.
  • Please maintain silence in corridors and public areas, especially during late hours, to ensure the comfort of other guests.

Hygiene, Safety, and Security Standards

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, corridors, lobby, restaurant, and other hotel premises.
  • Consumption of alcohol is not allowed in guest rooms, lobby, or restaurant.
  • Room equipment and amenities are for in-room use only and must not be taken outside the hotel premises.
  • Guests must not bring any flammable, explosive, or strong-smelling substances into the hotel.
  • Cooking or food preparation inside guest rooms is not allowed.
  • Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are strictly forbidden.
  • Pets are not permitted inside guest rooms or any public areas.

Housekeeping and Laundry

  • Laundry and ironing services are available upon request.
  • Washing or drying clothes inside the room is not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Housekeeping assistance can be requested for any cleaning or maintenance needs.

Billing and Payments

  • For long stays, interim bills must be settled every 7 days, with the final balance cleared at the time of check-out.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods as informed by the Front Office

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to follow all hotel policies, including fire safety, electrical safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • The Management reserves the right to deny or terminate accommodation to any guest violating hotel rules or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
